Hi, I'm Lucas Reed. I realized my passports were missing around 1:45 pm last Tuesday after leaving the Bend Public Library and walking toward Wall Street by the Tower Theatre. They were in a black leather passport holder inside a small carry-on bag, and I probably left them on a bench near Drake Park.
