Blue Samsonite carry-on with red tag and dent

I lost my blue Samsonite carry-on rolling suitcase yesterday around 3pm near the Old Mill District parking lot behind the Deschutes River Trail in Bend. It's a hard-shell blue case, about 22 inches tall, with a bright red luggage tag on the handle and a small dent on the bottom-left corner. Inside, the lining has a faded map print, and I kept a few family photos in the internal pocket.
