I was walking along Cornwall Avenue by the Fairhaven Village Green in Bellingham at 8:15 a.m. on Monday when I realized my travel visas had vanished from a thin leather folder in my backpack. The folder is thin and light brown, with a red elastic band and a sticker peeling off the corner. These documents are essential for an upcoming trip, and I’m desperate to have them back.
