Navy blue US passport with gold seal

I lost my navy blue US passport yesterday around 3pm near the Starbucks on Dowlen Road in Beaumont. It’s a standard US passport; cover is navy blue with the gold eagle on the front, and the bottom edge has a small crease, plus a faint coffee stain on the back cover. Inside, the photo page shows me and my details, nothing extra weird.
