Black tuxedo jacket with satin lapels

I found a black tuxedo jacket this afternoon around 2:45pm in the parking lot behind Parkdale Mall on Calder Avenue in Beaumont. It's a men's size 40 regular tux, in good condition with black satin lapels and a slightly shinier finish on the cuffs. There's a Calvin Klein label on the inner pocket, and a single gold cufflink tucked in the breast pocket. The midnight-blue lining bears a tiny pen mark from a recent dry-cleaning receipt, and a spare button is sewn into the inside seam.
