Compact blue JBL Bluetooth speaker

I found a compact blue JBL Bluetooth speaker this afternoon around 4:15pm near Pratt Street by the National Aquarium in Baltimore's Inner Harbor. It's about the size of a soda can, with a small dent on the top-left edge and the blue fabric cover showing a little wear. A red USB-C cable is still attached, and there's a tiny sticker on the bottom that reads 'S3-128'. It sounded surprisingly clear when I tested it for a minute—clearly someone’s daily companion and probably has sentimental value. If this is yours, I’d really love to get it back; I'll be near the Inner Harbor Visitor Center until someone claims it.
