Gold-tone bracelet with star and heart charms

I found a gold-tone bracelet with three dangling charms this afternoon around 3:15 pm outside the Starbucks on Ming Avenue in Bakersfield. It’s a slim, about 6.5-inch bracelet with a heart charm, a star charm, and a tiny circle charm. There are a few micro-scratches along the clasp, but the charms themselves are still shiny.
