Found silver Seiko watch near Fox Theater

I found a silver Seiko chronograph watch this afternoon around 3:15 pm near the Fox Theater on Truxtun Ave in Bakersfield. It's a blue dial with white subdials, a stainless steel case, and a black leather strap with red stitching. The back is engraved with the initials 'J.M.' and there's a small scratch on the bezel from a rainy day last week. Not sure who it belongs to, but I’d really like to help reunite it with the owner—if you recognize these details, reach out with the initials on the back and where you last wore it.
