Found brown dog collar with bone-shaped tag near 22nd and H Street park in Bakersfield.

I found a brown dog collar with a bone-shaped tag while walking in a park near 22nd and H Street in Bakersfield. It looks like it might belong to a playful pup, but there was no contact information on the tag. I really hope to find the owner so they can have it back.
