Found bright green and yellow parakeet perched on a fence near Olive Drive.

I found a bright green and yellow parakeet perched on my fence this morning while having coffee in my backyard near Olive Drive. It didn't seem scared but was chirping a lot, as if it was looking for something or someone. I have some bird seed if that's helpful, and I’m hoping to reunite it with its owner as soon as possible!
