Lost: Two toasters near downtown Austin
I lost two toasters after dinner at my Austin apartment near Zilker Park. I set them on the kitchen island around 8:30 p.m. last Friday while tidying up, then I dashed out to grab a bag of groceries. When I returned, they were gone. One is a stainless steel toaster with a black lever; the other is white with chrome trim. They’re part of my everyday routine, and I’m anxious to get them back to start my mornings with coffee and toast.
DeWalt 20V drill, orange/black, yellow-taped initials PK
I was working on a quick home project and must've set it down outside Jo's Coffee on South Congress around 3pm yesterday. It's a DeWalt 20V cordless drill, orange and black, with a dent on the battery housing and a bright yellow painter's tape label with my initials PK on the grip. I walked back to grab my water and the drill was gone. This tool is kind of a workhorse for me and it has sentimental value—the drill was a gift from my dad. If you found it, please text me here or call me; I’ll swing by to pick it up as soon as I can.
Grey duvet cover set with KP monogram
I lost my grey Brooklinen duvet cover set, queen size, yesterday around 3pm. It was in a white laundry bag inside the shared laundry room of my apartment complex on Barton Springs Road, near Zilker Park. The duvet cover is a soft heather grey with a slight bluish tint, and the two pillow shams have a small monogram 'KP' stitched in silver thread on the top corner. There’s a faint coffee stain along the bottom edge from a while back, but overall it’s in good condition. It has sentimental value—my grandmother gave it to me before I moved to Austin, and I really need it back.
Blue enamel cast-iron Dutch oven with lid
I found a blue Le Creuset 4-quart enameled cast-iron Dutch oven with lid this afternoon around 2:45pm near the Barton Springs Pool entrance on Barton Springs Road in Austin. It's in great shape overall—bright blue exterior, cream enamel interior with a small scorch line from tomato sauce, and the stainless steel knob on the lid has a tiny dent that's easy to spot. The bottom shows a faint sticker residue from the original packaging. If this is yours, send a photo to confirm and we can arrange a quick meetup near Zilker Park.
