Found: Travel Adapters in Augusta, Georgia
I found travel adapters this afternoon in Augusta, Georgia. They were tucked inside a small black pouch I spotted on a bench near the Augusta Common around 4:30 p.m. The day was warm and traffic hummed along Broad Street while I looked for a name tag or any clue, but nothing turned up. They look new, and I imagine the owner set them down while hopping between meetings. I hope to reunite them with the traveler who needs them.
Lost devices near Riverwalk, Augusta
I was leaving the gym around 4:25 p.m. on Saturday and realized my devices weren't in my bag as I crossed the Augusta Riverwalk near Broad Street. My black tablet and a silver phone with a cracked case were missing from a sleeve in a backpack. I retraced my steps along the sidewalk by the canal and toward the riverfront, but they didn't show up. I'm hoping someone picked them up and kept them safe; those devices hold everything I need for work and personal life.

Last Friday at 7:45 p.m., I was at a friend's place on Walton Way when a tote with my holiday decorations toppled off a chair and vanished. Inside were a string of warm white fairy lights, a red-and-green garland, and a ceramic star that belonged to my grandmother. I retraced from Walton Way toward the Augusta Riverwalk, asking a few security guards and shop staff, but nothing turned up. These pieces carry Christmas memories I cannot replace, and the thought of them being out there makes me feel a little hollow. If someone found them, I hope they're safe and can be returned to me.
