Silver hoop earrings with pearl charm

Found a pair of silver-tone hoop earrings with a tiny freshwater pearl charm. They’re about 12mm hoops, with a delicate heart etched on the clasp and a subtle iridescent shimmer on the pearl. I found them this afternoon around 2:15pm in the CVS parking lot on Auburn Way North, near the bus stop. They look gently worn and seem likely to be sentimental or a gift, so I’d love to get them back to their owner.
