Found dog: tan terrier mix with blue collar

I found a dog this afternoon around 3:15pm wandering near Toomer's Corner by College Street in Auburn. It's a tan terrier mix, about 40 pounds, with a bright blue collar and a small bone-shaped tag that's a bit worn. It has a white chest and a distinctive black spot on its left ear, and it responds when I call its name on the tag. He seemed friendly and well-fed, and I didn't see any other people or signs he belonged to a specific home.
