Tan leather Kate Spade handbag near Ponce City Market

I found a tan leather Kate Spade handbag yesterday around 6pm, just outside Ponce City Market along the North Avenue entrance in Atlanta. It’s a medium-sized bag, pebble-grain leather with a gold-tone zipper and a small tassel. Inside is a blue polka-dot lining and there’s a tiny hummingbird enamel pin on the strap—hard to miss once you know to look for it.
