Found black leather bag with gold hardware near BeltLine

I found a black leather bag this afternoon around 1:45 PM along the BeltLine Eastside Trail near Ponce City Market in Atlanta. It's a medium-sized Coach bag, pebble-grain leather with gold hardware and a tan interior. Inside, there's a lipstick sample, a receipt from a local cafe, and a small fabric tag with the initials 'LM' embroidered on the lining. I'm holding onto it and hoping to reunite it with its owner—could be a daily work bag or a gift, so I want to hand it back to the right person as soon as possible.
