Found Seiko watch with blue dial

I was walking back from downtown Ashtabula this afternoon around 3:30pm when I spotted a Seiko watch on the ground near the parking lot behind the Ashtabula Harbor Market on High Street. It's a silver-tone watch with a blue sunburst dial, a black genuine leather strap, and a few light scratches on the case. The back has an engraved initials 'KS' and the clasp shows wear. The watch face is clean and easy to read, and the crown feels a bit stiff when winding. I picked it up and tucked it into a pocket to post here in case the owner is looking for it.
