Found a small bright green tree frog with spots in a backyard in Ashtabula.

Description

I found a small green tree frog hopping around in my backyard in Ashtabula. It's a bright green with little spots near its back and seems pretty healthy. I’m not quite sure how it got here, but my cat seems very interested! I want to return it to its home; hopefully, it’s someone’s pet.
