Lost dresses near Annapolis City Dock
Hi, I’m Maya Carter. I was planning to wear my two dresses—one navy, one forest-green—in a garment bag to a rehearsal dinner in two days, but they vanished around 6:10 PM Saturday as I walked from the Annapolis Town Center toward the City Dock along Dock Street. I must have set the bag down on a bench while I checked for a cab, and now it’s gone. The glow of the City Dock lights on the water makes me hopeful that someone picked them up and will return them, but I’m anxious about getting ready in time. If you saw a garment bag near Market House on Dock Street, please help me bring them home.

It's size M, soft fleece inside, with a small blue embroidered patch on the left chest and blue drawstrings—the patch looks like a tiny compass. There are two faint bleach marks on the right sleeve and a bit of pilling on the cuffs. It was a gift from my sister last year, so it’s sentimental and I really need it back. I found this navy blue North Face parka this afternoon around 4:15pm in the parking lot behind a cafe on West Street, Annapolis, near Ego Alley. It's a men's size Large, water-resistant with a bright orange zipper pull and a detachable faux-fur hood. The exterior shows light wear—pilling along the cuffs and a small scuff near the right pocket—but it's in pretty good condition overall. Inside pocket has a small label with the name 'Harper' written in Sharpie, which might help the owner identify it.
