Blue paperback found near Akron Public Library

Found a blue paperback this afternoon around 2:15 pm outside the Akron Public Library on East Market Street, right by the main entrance where the bus stops. It's a mass-market paperback, about the size of my palm, with a creased cover and a coffee stain along the bottom corner of the front. Inside the front cover there’s a tiny sticker with the initials 'J.S.' and a dog-eared page at chapter 7, plus a faint pencil note that says 'Thu' on the margin. I figured someone’s probably missing their favorite read, and I’d really like to help get it back to its owner.
