Blue nylon dog harness with paw-tag and reflective stripe

Found a blue nylon dog harness this afternoon around 3:15pm near the Akron Civic Theatre on S. Main Street. It's a medium size, with a bright neon yellow reflective stripe down the middle and a sturdy metal D-ring. There's a tiny paw-print charm dangling from the strap and a metal tag engraved with 'Luna' and the phone number 555-0142. The harness is a bit dusty from the street, but otherwise in good condition. I know how important a harness is for a pup's safety, so I’m hoping to help get it back to its owner.
