Emerald green satin gown with crystal belt

I lost my emerald green satin gown by Phase Eight, a floor-length dress. It's a deep emerald color with a detachable silver crystal belt, and there's a tiny snag on the hem. I was outside the Bon Accord Centre on George Street, Aberdeen yesterday around 3pm after a formal event.
