Black Anker PowerCore 10000 with red USB-C cable

I found a black Anker PowerCore 10000 portable charger this afternoon around 2:15pm on Union Street, just outside the Bon Accord Centre entrance in Aberdeen. It’s in good condition, with a faint scratch along the top edge and a braided red USB-C cable still attached. The unit is about the size of my palm and fits easily in a pocket, which is why it ended up on the pavement near the street vendor carts. The bottom panel is engraved with the initials 'LH', which might help the owner identify it.
