Missing teen: 5'6, brown hair, red hoodie

I'm Elena Ramirez, and my nephew, Lucas Morales, 15, disappeared yesterday evening. He's about 5'6", lean, with short brown hair and a small scar above his left eyebrow. Last seen around 6:30 PM near the Yuma Civic Center on Main Street, wearing a red hoodie, dark jeans, and a blue backpack with a compass patch. He has a green medical alert bracelet on his left wrist and wears round wire-frame glasses when he can find them. If someone spots him, please contact me immediately; we're really worried and I just want to bring him home safely.
