Blue denim jacket with fox patch found

I found a light-wash denim jacket this afternoon around 2:30pm in the parking lot behind the Walmart on Colusa Highway in Yuba City. It's a men's size M and a Levi's brand, in pretty solid condition with a small red fox patch on the left chest and a faint coffee stain near the hem. The cuffs are a bit frayed, and there’s a tiny blue initials tag inside that reads 'J.R.' I’d love to see the owner get it back—it's clearly meant to be worn again and it’s casual wear.
