Silver Seiko watch with blue nylon strap

I lost my silver Seiko watch yesterday around 3pm outside the Starbucks on Wick Avenue by the Youngstown State University campus. It's a stainless steel 38mm case with a blue nylon strap, and there's a small dent on the 2 o'clock bezel plus 'JL' engraved on the back. The strap shows a little fray near the buckle from daily wear, and the glass has a faint scratch I can feel when I run my finger over it.
