Found teal paperback mystery near Wick Ave

I found a paperback mystery novel this afternoon around 4:15pm behind the Youngstown Public Library on Wick Avenue. It's a 320-page paperback with a teal cover and a small silver fox logo in the corner. The spine is a bit worn and there's a coffee ring along the bottom edge. Inside the first page, someone wrote a small note: 'For Sarah, enjoy!' I really hope to return it to the owner.
