I found a small brown terrier wondering around the Wilmington Farmers' Market this morning. He seemed lost and was quite nervous but soon warmed up to me. I’ve kept him safe with me and am hoping to find his owner. He's wearing a blue collar with no tags. If he's yours, please reach out to me!
