Found black North Face backpack containing personal items at Garlic Park bench near playground.

Description

I found a black North Face backpack this morning at Garlic Park in Wilmington. It was sitting on a bench near the playground. The backpack is in good condition and appears to have some personal items inside, including a water bottle and a notebook.
