Silver necklace with heart pendant found near Market Street Bridge

I found a slim silver necklace this afternoon around 2:15pm, lying on the sidewalk near the Market Street Bridge by the Susquehanna River in Williamsport. It’s an 18-inch chain with a small heart pendant that has blue enamel and an initial 'A' engraved on the back. The lobster clasp works and the metal is in good condition, with a few tiny scratches from daily wear.
