Found a well-used black backpack containing personal items near a bench along the riverwalk in Williamsport.

I found a black backpack while walking my dog along the riverwalk in Williamsport yesterday afternoon. It was just sitting by the bench, and it looked like it might have been there for a while. The bag appears to be well-used and contains some personal items, including a water bottle and what seems to be a journal. If you think this belongs to you, please contact me!
