Gray North Face backpack near Sikes Senter Mall

I found a gray North Face backpack this afternoon around 2:45pm in the parking lot behind the Sikes Senter Mall on Kemp Boulevard in Wichita Falls. It's a medium-sized backpack in pretty good condition, with a couple of minor scuffs on the bottom corner and a zipper that sticks a bit on the main pocket. Inside there's a blue notebook, a USB-C charger, and a small red bicycle-keychain shaped like a bike. It looks like it might belong to a student—there's a university lanyard sleeve and a laminated ID visible in one pocket.
