I FOUND these parrots near Lucy Park in Wichita Falls around 7:15 p.m. Friday. They were perched on a low fence by the sidewalk, their bright colors flashing as the streetlights came on. They seemed curious but a little wary, chirping softly while I stood nearby with my dog, hoping a quick passerby might recognize them. I’m keeping them safe here and hoping the rightful owner sees this post through the site.
