Black and white border collie mix with red collar

I lost my dog yesterday around 3pm near Lucy Park dog park off Kemp Boulevard in Wichita Falls. He's a medium-sized black-and-white border collie mix, with a bright red collar and a blue bone-shaped tag that says Nova. He has a white chest stripe, two white socks on his front paws, and a small notch in his left ear. He also has a slight limp on his right hind leg. We were walking after a quick hike when something startled him and he bolted from the leash near the playground. He’s friendly once he warms up, and I’m really hoping to bring him home soon.
