Blue plush dragon with red scarf

I lost my daughter's blue plush dragon named Spark yesterday around 3pm. It's about 12 inches tall, with soft cobalt fur, a white belly, and a tiny rainbow patch on the left wing. It wears a frayed red scarf and has one ear with a small tear. I last saw him near the toy aisle at Target by Mesa Mall on 24 Road in Grand Junction. Spark means a lot to her—it's been with her since kindergarten—and I’d really love to get him back.
