Blue medical kit with inhaler and glucose meter

I found a small blue medical kit this afternoon around 4:15 pm behind the City Market on 7th Street in downtown Grand Junction, Western Slope. The zippered pouch is about the size of my palm, with a white medical ID sticker on the front and a coffee stain on the corner. Inside there's an inhaler with a light green cap, a compact glucose meter, and a few test strips, plus a folded prescription label that isn't fully legible.
