Lost delicate gold heart-shaped necklace with thin chain and engraved heart pendant in a park in Western Illinois.

I lost a delicate gold heart-shaped necklace during my walk in a park in Western IL last Saturday. It was a gift from my grandmother and means a lot to me. The chain is thin, and the heart pendant is engraved with a small initial 'A'. I've retraced my steps multiple times, but no luck finding it. Please let me know if you come across it.
