Lost lamps in Western IL, Illinois, United States.

I’m Kelsey Martinez, and I’m hoping these two lamps turn up where I last remember them. On Tuesday around 8:45 PM I was leaving the WIU University Center and headed toward the Macomb downtown area, realizing my two desk lamps were still in my apartment when I got home. They’re mismatched but beloved: one brass base with a cream shade, the other a black base and a slightly taller shade. They’ve been my late-night study companions for a couple of years, and the thought of them staying behind is hard. If you’ve seen them around the Macomb downtown, please help me by letting this post be seen before exam week. Thank you.

Lost sculptures near WIU campus

I was wrapping up after a late Friday sculpture show on the Western Illinois University Macomb campus around 4:25 p.m. when I realized my sculptures were missing from the pedestal outside the Multicultural Center, near the campus quad. The set includes three pieces: a small bronze horse, a carved oak figure, and a white plaster bust about 12 inches tall. They mean the world to me - these pieces were gifts from my late mentor, and losing them feels personal and unfinished. I last saw them at 4:10 p.m. and then stepped inside the library; when I came back, they were gone. If you saw anything around WIU's quad or near the south entrance to the library, please keep an eye out.

Lost Sheet Music near WIU, Macomb

I’m missing a stack of sheet music I was using for the student ensemble after rehearsal yesterday around 6:40 PM outside Western Illinois University Student Union in Macomb. The folder is black with a red inner sleeve and a sticker that says 'Beethoven – Piano Duets.' It has a few coffee stains and creases from practice, and a couple of pages are dog-eared. I retraced my steps through the Student Union corridors and out toward the Library parking lot, but I didn’t find it. It would mean the world to have it back in time for rehearsal tomorrow.

Lost handheld and console on WIU Macomb campus

Last Friday at 5:30 PM, I realized my handheld and console were missing after a quick coffee break near the WIU Library steps on the Western Illinois University campus in Macomb. I must have dropped it during a detour toward the student union. The device is a compact black handheld with a blue protective sleeve, and the screen still glowed faintly when I checked the ground nearby. It feels silly to admit it, but those games kept me company through long study sessions and late nights at the library. If you found it, please know how much it would mean to me to get it back.

Lost: Photographs in Macomb, IL
