Navy blue North Face hoodie with orange fox patch

Yesterday around 3pm I lost my navy blue North Face fleece hoodie near Capitol Market on Quarrier Street in Charleston, WV. It's a men's medium, and the zipper sticks at times, but overall it's in good condition with a couple of distinguishing marks: a small coffee stain on the cuff and two tiny paint specks on the hem. There's a distinctive orange fox patch on the upper left sleeve that helps identify it. It was a gift from my sister, so it has sentimental value and I really need it back.
