Found silver portable Bluetooth speaker near Capitol Market

I found this silver portable Bluetooth speaker this afternoon around 3:15pm behind Capitol Market on Capitol Street in Charleston, WV. It's about 7 inches long and 3 inches tall, with a blue fabric grille and a red bumper along the side. The bottom edge has a small dent, and there's a tiny sticker on the underside with the initials 'JH'—a detail that could help identify the owner. I'm holding onto it for now and would love to help get it back to the rightful owner.
