Found bright blue plastic toy truck with red wheels and scuff marks in a park in West Virginia.

Description

I found a plastic toy truck while I was taking a stroll around the park in West Virginia (old). It’s bright blue with red wheels and has a few scuff marks but is otherwise in great shape. I believe it may belong to a little one who was playing nearby and may have left it behind.
