Last Friday around 5:45 p.m., I was at the bus stop on Grand Avenue, near Third Street in downtown Wausau. I had folded two bus tickets into a small tan sleeve and must have slipped them out of my pocket while I was juggling a coffee and a receipt. The tickets are for a morning shuttle, and I’m terrified I’ll miss my trip if they don’t surface. They’re important to me because of an upcoming family visit, and I’m anxious about scrambling to replace them. If they’re found, I’d be incredibly grateful to have them back so I can make my plans work.
