Gold-tone hoop earrings with star charm

I lost my gold-tone hoop earrings yesterday around 3pm near the Watertown Public Library on Main Street. They're small, about half an inch in diameter, with a tiny star charm near the clasp, and one has a faint scratch along the inner edge. They were a gift from my grandmother, and the memory means the world to me. If anyone found them, please drop them off at the library's Lost-and-Found.
