Found violin in worn black case near Magnolia Market

Posted on April 05, 2026

Description

I found a violin this afternoon around 3:15 pm in the parking lot behind the Magnolia Market at the Silos on Webster Avenue in Waco. It's a 4/4 student-grade violin with a dark brown wood finish and a few tiny scratches along the edge. The black faux-leather case has a red velvet lining and a small tear near the hinge. Inside the lid there's a faded sticker that reads 'A. Lindgren' and the bow has a blue-and-white striped wrap, plus a chipped tip. I figured someone might be missing it, so I’m posting here in case you recognize these details and want to reclaim it.
