Found JBL Bluetooth speaker near Visalia Mall

I found a black JBL Bluetooth speaker this afternoon around 2:30pm in the parking lot behind the Visalia Mall on Mooney Blvd. It’s roughly the size of a soda can, in decent condition with a small dent on the top edge and a bright blue USB-C charging cable still connected to the speaker. A rocket sticker on the front and the initials 'L7' etched near the bottom are unique identifying features that stood out.
