Found blue Nike running shoes with neon accents

I found a pair of sneakers this morning around 10:15am outside the Visalia Mall entrance on Mooney Boulevard, in the Visalia-Tulare area. They’re white with electric blue and neon lime green accents, size 9.5 men’s, Nike. The left shoe has a small scuff on the outer edge near the heel, and the inner lining shows a faint coffee stain. They look recently worn but in decent condition overall. If the owner spots these, drop a message here and we’ll figure out a quick pickup near the mall.
