Silver ring with emerald centerpiece and initials inside

I lost my silver ring yesterday around 3pm near the Empress Hotel on Government Street in downtown Victoria, close to the Inner Harbour. It's a slender 4mm silver band with a bezel-set emerald centerpiece and a tiny scratch along the edge from daily wear. Inside the band there's an engraving: 'H.K.' with a small heart. It has a lot of sentimental value—my grandmother gave it to me, and I really need it back.
