I lost my silver Yamaha flute yesterday around 3pm in downtown Victoria. It’s about 26 inches long, silver-plated, with a couple of tiny scratches near the bell and a slightly worn lip plate. The headjoint is engraved with my initials 'P.P.' and the hard case is dark green with a velvet green lining and a small tear at the zipper. This flute has a lot of sentimental value—my grandmother gave it to me, and it’s the instrument I reach for when I need to unwind after a long day. If anyone saw it near the Inner Harbour, Belleville Street by the Parliament Buildings, or by the Royal BC Museum, I’d really appreciate a note so we can arrange a meetup to get it back.
