We are looking for my sister, Emily Johnson, who went missing three days ago from Victoria. She was last seen near the waterfront around 5 PM wearing a blue jacket with a white hoodie underneath and black jeans. She has long brown hair and was carrying a light pink backpack. We are extremely worried and are asking anyone with any information to please come forward.
