Canadian passport with burgundy cover

Yesterday around 3pm I realized my Canadian passport was missing after I stepped off the bus near the Inner Harbour, around the Empress Hotel on Government Street in Victoria. It's a burgundy passport with the Canadian coat of arms on the front cover. There's a small coffee ring stain on the back and the bottom-left corner is bent from being tucked in my jacket pocket. Inside, the photo page shows me smiling in a red scarf; the signature page has a light smudge from a drizzle I walked through.
